PROCESSING:
It may take up 24 - 72 hours for the staff to apply your pre-pay payment to your Papercut account.
REFUNDS:
You may request a refund via email for the balance in your Papercut balance. A $5 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed once a refund request is made.
Credit or debit card refunds will be processed through PayPal or Stripe.
Cash/check prepays will be refunded by a check issued by the AS220 Main Office.
