This is a four-part workshop that meets on August 6th, August 13th, August 20th, and August 27th. Family archives are vast repositories of memory & emotion. They contain photographs, letters, clothing, and tchotchkes that have been left behind in bins, attics, or basements to be passed down. This workshop challenges participants to take key parts of their family archives and use them as inspiration to create a body of print-based work in the black & white darkroom. This workshop is an intermediate level course intended for participants who are comfortable in the black and white darkroom.
