This is a quick and fun introduction to bookbinding in miniature format. Students can use decorative paper and colorful thread to personalize their tiny books. No prior experience necessary. Students will learn three types of bookbinding using glue and non-glue methods, and samples of 3 tiny books; the accordion, pamphlet and Japanese stab binding. Students can bring decorative papers or items for collage. We encourage you to bring your own bone folder and awl but we'll have a few available to use.
