We're hosting an open mic with a feature by Myles Taylor!

Open Mic is open to all artists of all genres and all ages. Bring your songs, stories, poems, prose! You'll have 4-5 minutes on stage: please respect the audience and time! Think 1 long poem or song, or 2 short poems.

Doors open and sign up sheet is posted at 7pm.
$5 suggested donation, no one will be turned away for lack of funds.

MORE ABOUT OUR FEATURE
Myles Taylor (they/he) is a transmasculine writer, organizer, educator, food service worker, Capricorn-Aquarius cusp, and glitter enthusiast. They are the current Producer of the historic Boston Poetry Slam at the Cantab Lounge and former President and alum of the Emerson Poetry Project. They have represented Boston at poetry competitions across the country and have been performing internationally for over 8 years. Their publications and performance videos can be found at myles-taylor.com, and their neuroses can be found on social media @mylesdoespoems. They live amongst the rats of Allston, MA. Masculinity Parable (Game Over Books, 2023) is their first full-length collection.
