AS220 has a work studio (not a live / work studio) available at the Dreyfus (95 Mathewson Street, Providence) starting on July 1, 2017. Studio 201 is 215 sq ft, with windows looking out on to Mathewson Street, and rents for $250 per month. This studio is located across the hallway from the AS220 offices. Our Property Manager says it’s “not good for noisy work, or music, nor is it big, but it is a great space!” There is no need to submit extensive income documentation, but we would like to see that you can pay the rent.
