AS220 has a small work-only studio available at the Dreyfus Building at 95 Mathewson Street. It is available the first week in February.

It is unit 201 is 215 square feet and costs $215 per month. It has two windows facing Mathewson Street on the second floor. You are responsible for 5 hours per month in community service to AS220 along with your rent. Utilities are included. You have use of the communal bathroom with a slop sink.

It isn’t great for noisy stuff since it is sandwiched between Local 121 and a live studio and is among the AS220 Admin offices, but is a sweet space.
