Vacuum Form Snowflake Wreaths
This past weekend, the Labs ran a vacuum formed snowflake ornament station at the AS220 holiday sale. The snowflake was a group project that involved screen printing a design onto styrene sheets and then vacuum forming the sheets onto a lasercut wooden mold. The graphic screen printed was design by Kelly Eagan, and the wooden form was design and fabricated by Matt Zimmerman. Below are photos from the build process and the final product. This project was a great example of how folks can utilize both the Printshop and Labs resources to make stuff.
