AS220 has a vacancy at the Dreyfus coming up on April 1, 2017. The available space is unit 401, which is 356 square feet and rents for $471 per month.

Tenant pays for their own electric bill. This a non-smoking building, and no pets are allowed. AS220 does not have parking. Each tenant contributes 5 hours of community service per month to AS220. This is a subsidized housing unit, and as such, your gross (not net) annual income cannot exceed $25,500.
