AS220 has two subsidized live studios opening up available May 1, 2015, in the Mercantile Block at 131 Washington Street and in the Dreyfus Building at 95 Mathewson Street.

The current vacancy in the Mercantile is Unit #302, 700 square feet, rent is $631 per month.

The current vacancy in the Dreyfus is Unit #404, 516 square feet, rent is $569 per month.
The units are subsidized and must be your primary residence. The annual gross income of the resident cannot exceed $25,300 for single occupancy, or $28,900 for double occupancy. Your income must be verified via paystubs, from a form we send to your employer, or, if self-employed, three years of tax returns.  Aside from paying your rent on time each month, each artist/tenant is responsible for paying their own electric bill and completing 5 hours per month in community service to AS220. There is no parking included. Non-smoking building. Cats are allowed at the Mercantile with pet deposit. No dogs allowed in either building, and no pets at all in the Dreyfus. We collect a security deposit equal to one months rent and first months rent upon move in.
