Unit #305 – 785 square feet – $701 per month rent – income restriction $30,240 single / $34,560 two people.

You must provide 3 years of tax return if you are self employed, one month’s worth of paystubs, or have your employer fill out a form we can provide to show third party proof of income. There is a 5 hour per month community service requirement to AS220 attached to these units.

Unit 405 – 695 square feet – $631 per month rent – income restriction $25,200.

We also have two vacancies opening up on Floor 3, the communal live floor at Empire Street. Eleven people share this floor all completing the cleaning tasks of common areas, all share a large kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry. There is a 5 hour per month community service requirement to AS220 attached to these units as well. In addition to rent, each tenant contributes $10 per month for common cleaning supplies and papergoods. These rooms are single occupancy only.

One space is 245 sq ft costs $357 per month. It has a bunch of built in counters and storage to make this smaller space super efficient but cannot accommodate much in the way of furniture.

The other vacancy is 324 sq ft and costs $414 per month. It is pretty open format so if you have furniture it will probably fit.

We do not provide parking, all our buildings are non smoking and no pets (except a cat is allowed with a pet fee paid prior to move in at the Mercantile only). There is a 5 hour per month community service requirement to AS220 attached to all these units.

This efficiency unit has it’s own bathroom and kitchenette. You pay your own electric bill. Your gross annual income cannot exceed $25,200. You must provide 3 years of tax return if you are self employed, one month’s worth of paystubs, or have your employer fill out a form we can provide to show third party proof of income. There is a 5 hour per month community service requirement to AS220 attached to this unit as well.
