Community is at the core of who we are and what we do. The AS220 Community Printshop provides open access to professional printmaking facilities at some of the lowest prices in the country. The Printshop is a place of education and production. It is a place where the line between commercial and artistic practice is constantly blurred. It is a place of support and collaboration, where beautiful things and ideas are made and shared daily.  It gives hundreds of people a chance to make a portion of their living doing what they love.

It is also a physical space, one that requires money to keep doors open and the presses moving. Crowdsourcing fits well with our goals: with IndieGoGo, we can provide valuable and unique rewards to supporters everywhere at a variety of price points. Each act of support is incredibly meaningful, and with respect to this notion, we have put together a collection of gorgeous prints at every reward level.

A donation of $100 earns you a ticket for the Print Lottery. 100 artists from around the world have generously donated printed work to the Lottery, which is on display for the month of April at the AS220 Main Gallery. At our closing event on April 25th, every ticket holder will win a randomly selected piece from the show (don’t worry, if you can’t get to the event, we will get your print to you!).
