AS220 has one Live / Work studio vacancy at the Dreyfus, located at 95 Mathewson Street in downtown Providence, available on May 1, 2018. The available space is unit 305, which is 516 square feet and rents for $606 per month.

Tenant pays for their own electric bill. The Dreyfus a non-smoking building, and no pets are allowed. AS220 does not have parking. Each tenant contributes 5 hours of community service per month to AS220. This is a subsidized housing unit, and as such, your gross (not net) annual income cannot exceed $25,250 and cannot be less than $14,544. If there are two applicants applying together, your combined income cannot exceed $28,850.

Applications are due by Sunday, March 18th at midnight. Once we have received your completed application, you’ll be notified of the date of your review panel. This will be a 15 minute long interview with a panel of 5 people from AS220’s community. Interviews for each round are scheduled in the order the applications are received, slots are limited to 6 applicants for each round. Once the docket is full, the rest of the applications will be put on our waiting list for consideration as more vacancies open up.
