AS220 has one affordable live / work studio available starting June 15, 2019 at our Dreyfus building in Providence. Unit 404 is 424 square feet and rents for $569 per month. There is no parking included, this is a non-smoking building, and no pets are allowed.

This unit is an affordable housing unit and must be your primary residence. Your income cannot exceed $28,150 (before taxes). Your annual gross income must be at least double what your annual rent will be, which in this instance is $13,656 (before taxes). All tenants of AS220 are responsible for 5 hours per month community service to the organization.

If you are a student, you must be over the age of 24 and independent of your parents. If you are under the age of 24, you must show that you are independent from your parents by providing bills in your name, a lease from current living space, and a tax return.
