We have two vacancies at the Dreyfus coming up January 1, 2017.

Unit 303 is 485 square feet and rents for $606 per month. Unit 407 at 400 square feet and rents for $525 per month.

Tenants pay for their own electric bill though there is a utility allowance already deducted in the above stated rent amount. Each tenant contributes 5 hours of community service per month to AS220. The Dreyfus is a non-smoking building. No pets are allowed. AS220 does not have parking.

These two units are affordable, subsidized housing. As such, your GROSS annual income cannot exceed $30,600.

Applicants must provide financial documentation to satisfy Rhode Island Housing and FHLB requirements:

• 2 months of pay stubs
• birth certificate
• social security card
• photo ID
• permission for a background check
• 6 months of checking account activity
• current savings account balance
• any other assets

PLUS, if you are self-employed:

• 3 years of tax returns
• some way of showing your current income (3rd party proof)
