There is no parking included, it is a non smoking building and no pets are allowed. Given the fact the space is on the communal live floor it is for single occupancy only.

The current vacancy is unit 309 is 324 square feet and the rent is $414 per month plus a $10 per month kitty contribution for cleaning supplies and various other communal expenses on the floor. The tenant is not responsible for any utilities.

There will be some construction on the floor installing new HVAC units in each room this late fall and into the winter so there will be some noise and disruption. We will then be installing an elevator to the floor later in 2016. We are also making some improvements in the kitchen. After all this nobody will ever  want to leave! So be forewarned if you live here there will be some noise and disruption. We will do our best to minimize the impact on the floor.
