Leann Heath

Drawing from stories about her grandmother and memories of her childhood, Leann shares the story of growing up as a woman in the Catholic Church and her decision to leave through poetry and storytelling.

What is Scratch?

Scratches are very new, very experimental iterations of work – nothing polished, nothing held back. Each night will be an opportunity to see how new performance and theatre work is made in a variety of disciplines including devised theatre, spoken word/comedy, new writing, and dance. Just being in the room helps artists develop their work further. Feedback will also be highly encouraged, an exciting opportunity for audiences to directly influence the development of new work.
