A shared dance concert by local artists Angela Cole, Gisela Creus, Danielle Davidson and Ellen Oliver.

Four Providence based dance artists bring newly created or revisited works to AS220’s black box theatre in a shared concert on April 12th and 13th, 2019.
At 7PM each evening audiences will experience a collection of duets, vignettes and a short dance film.
Gisela and Danielle’s works will explore affective loops, changes in perspective in time, and negotiations in an ever expanding universe.
Angela and Ellen (ProviDANCE Project) revisit their work created at Bebe Miller’s 2018 Artist Retreat in Bearnstow, Maine. “Near Awake” combines old and new choreography through a series of duets and solos that explore musicality, weight sharing, and how memory resonates in the body.
