Searchlight Souls is an new alternative rock band hailing from Lincoln, Rhode Island. The group has just finished recording their first EP to come out in April and has currently release two fantastic singles. Their music takes influence from each members favorite groups including artists like Tom Petty, Queen, Led Zeppelin, The 1975, The Band Camino, Primus, Pearl Jam and more.
Truth Bypassed is a band created by Jon Prata. Jon was hanging out with Devon DiGiacomo and they started jamming for a while. A little after they formed the band Truth Bypassed.
Although Dick Derry’s catchy, pop-rock tunes show the influence of artists
like The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley, Supergrass, and Cheap Trick, no
band has had more influence on him than The Beatles. “No other band has
the combination of beautiful, unforgettable melodies and great lyrics,” says
Derry. He has recently put together a new band with local musicians to
showcase his songs. The band is a four piece unit featuring Paul Amenta
on lead guitar, Dave Dunn on Bass, and Eric Hastings on drums. This band
will rock you and give some sweet melodies to sing-along with too!
