On Tuesday, November 24th at 2:00 p.m. law students from the RWU Law Business Start-up Clinic will be at AS220 to present and discuss legal issues that often affect new businesses:
* Protecting your logo, brand, product/service, and other intellectual property
* Choosing a business entity, such as an LLC, and when you might want one
* What does “limited liability” mean and when do you have it
* Issues to consider when starting a business with others
