Charismatic artist Emma Rhodes and sardonic loner Katherine Hudson are two diametrically opposed strangers with just two things in common: 1, they’ve both decided to commit suicide and 2, due to the circumstances of their method, they’re forced to spend their last 12 hours in each other’s company. As the young women begin to talk about their pasts, we meet the key figures in their lives and we learn about what brought them to this point. Permanent Solutions is a play about mental health, family, human connection, and both the powers and limitations of love.
