New Leaders Council Rhode Island is excited to announce our Second Annual Sparking Progress! Winter Fundraiser. NLC RI is a progressive leadership training organization. Since 2012 we have graduated 140 new leaders who are involved in progressive issues within their communities. Our Sparking Progress! event is an opportunity to hear five alumni of NLC speak on issues they are passionate about.
