Like our namesake suggests, Amorphous Dance has existed in many forms. Our flexible structure allows us the freedom to explore and play with a variety mediums. Join us in this open-level workshop, where we cultivate movement based on imagery, sound, and spoken-word. We come together as a community and construct a space free of judgement that encourages each dancer’s unique personal expression. The workshop begins with a floor-led warm-up, followed by insight into our creative process. Finally you will learn an excerpt of Kaliede from the MMDF performance. Bring yourself. We’ll take it from there. All experience levels welcome!
