On April 7, 2018, RI Jobs With Justice will be hosting a statewide gathering with nationally recognized speakers to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of Martin Luther King’s Assassination. This showcase is a kick off to the rally on the true anniversary of MLK’s death. We reached out to the youth community for art that reflects the work and importance of MLK, encouraging young artists to go beyond the surface of MLK’s legacy and focus on his fight, that still continues today.
