John Gambino is a singer-songwriter from Rhode Island. For over 25 years he has been making home recordings and performing occasionally under various names (MC Breath, Barty Smarty, The Yummy Cakes, to name a few). Currently he has been writing & recording under the name Le Grand Gambino. Le Grand Gambino’s music deals with themes of heartbreak, despair, hopelessness, and death. AS220’s LIVE ARTS performance spaces are unjuried and uncensored forums for the arts, offering every artist residing in our small state the opportunity to perform or present their original work at our venue.
