Space. Art. Stereotypes. Being creative. Things that make us happy. These are just some of the themes that participants in Girls Rock! Rhode Island’s group music lessons are exploring through songwriting. Over a 10 week session this spring, participants are learning  about the songwriting process while taking guitar, keyboard, or vocal lessons. This will culminate in a Spring Programming Community Concert on April 30th, 2-4pm, where youth and adults will perform the original music they have created! FREE and open to the public!
