if time is a chair,
and the ocean can write
where will songs sit?
imagined memories wash away.
their reflections – a melody of false, of true.
Part spectacle, part meditation, this intimate performance invites audiences into a temporal architecture of movement, sound, and language, wherein a lone figure dances with a curious collection of unfolding fictions.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Passive Aggressive Novelty Company presents performances that play at the boundaries of perception and expectation. Weaving elements of dance, music, theatre and video into immersive multi-sensory experiences, the works delight in exploring the contrapuntal possibilities that arise between the interaction of actions, objects and audience.
