What is the difference between CULTURE and ART?

We invite you to a conversation with other cultural practitioners that serve multicultural and/or culturally specific groups in Rhode Island. This will be an open dialogue to discuss opportunities and challenges faced by culturally specific initiatives. We will unpack the relationship between culture and art and explore how to foster support for initiatives that for years have worked to support and empower communities of color.
