THIS IS A STICKUP NOBODY MOVE DON’T YOU GO GET ANOTHER WRINKLE OR TAKE OFF THAT FINE TIGHT DRESS
every sundown is the cusp of something but this is the cusp of something special, a sultry february night, come unrequited, leave empty-handed but somehow changed, or at least technically in a new decade
let me know if you feel like bringing food that would be great
let me know if you feel like proposing to someone, we can make it happen as long as you have no illusions that they will surrender even a inch of skin

a visit from connecticut farmer + transportative voice Tekowa Lakica, more about her below, click the links, get in the mood:
Tekowa Lakica is a neosoul recording and performing artist, and food justice activist from Connecticut. Drawing inspiration from soul, funk, hip-hop and folk greats, she is a sonic medley of the genres. She aims to use music as a platform to connect to and heal with people through honest lyricism and story telling. When she is not creating art she works to create a more just and equitable food system through urban farming, public speaking, and youth education on food justice.
She has released 2 EPs to date, EonSoul and Up for Air, which can be found on ITunes and all major streaming platforms.
