This three week class will cover the basics of one color relief printing, reductive block techniques, and multi block color prints.   Each student will learn how plan, carve and print imagery from linoleum and wood surfaces onto a variety of papers.   Hand printing as well as printing on the small etching press will be explored.  Students will be introduced to oil based and water based ink.  Every student will leave the class feeling confident in all beginning relief printing possibilities!
