A Familiar Sense of Slip

     Passive Aggressive Novelty Company presents the premiere of A Familiar Sense of Slip, by  Providence-based artist, Andy Russ. Interweaving elements of theatre, dance, music, and  video, this work is a playful meditation on the rhythms of living in an over mediated world. The evening will also include a performance of sOlo, by Ali Kenner Brodsky. Cerebral dance by  AS220 employees and artist family:  What’s not to love?

Dance Works in Process Spring 2016!

Dance Works in Process provides emerging and established choreographers alike an opportunity to show work at various stages of development in an informal setting. Participating artists will have the opportunity to ask the audience specific questions and will receive written feedback from audience members following the showing. The dance is beautiful and it is FREE-so do not miss it!

Pumpkintown: A Magic Lantern Musical

What is more Providence that folk music, storytelling, and a puppet show created by a magic lantern projector from the 1800’s?  I really don’t know anything more Providence!  Expect great tunes and beautiful images from this nationally renowned group of artists!
