In an effort to better serve a wide range of audiences in Rhode Island, AS220 has created a “Community Curators” program. Community Curators create diverse programming in our Live Arts Venues. They book multiple performances each year, handle promotion, curate performers, communicate AS220’s unique policies to them, and designate a volunteer to run box office for the night. The Community Curators receive special perks and benefits and support for booking events from Live Arts staff. The program is designed to help form new connections between like-minded artists and audiences with similar tastes and interests.
