AS220 has an opening for a part-time IT Support Specialist.

Brief synopsis:

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing hardware and software support for all of AS220’s staff and programs. In addition, the IT Support Specialist aids staff in using software more effectively through workflow recommendations or new software solutions. The person in this role must balance the maintenance of the existing server and network infrastructure with projects that refine the system design to be more in line with best practice. This position works closely with property management to ensure the physical plant and networks are secure and functional. The IT Support Specialist also works closely with the Director of Operations and the Leadership team to advise them on how technology can be used strategically organization-wide. A successful candidate must be able to find the right balance between long term planning, executing projects on minimal budgets, and fixing more simple immediate problems. As a result, organizational skills and documentation skills are a must.
