On Tuesday, March 15th, AS220 FOO(d) Head Chef Kyle Clayton headed down to Newport to compete in Week 3 of “Battle Chefs IV” at The Revolving Door. He was actually called in extremely last-minute, to fill in for a contestant who had fallen ill. However, as we all know, Kyle just isn’t some pinch-hitter, HE’S A STAR! He proved that as he cooked all the way to victory over Steve Lucier of Boru Noodle Bar, using blood sauasage, shishito peppers, and escargot!
