Real Live Theatre tours their celebrated original play “The Lion & The Clown: A Rumi Lovesong for Beauty & the Beast” to venues throughout the Northeast, making their Rhode Island debut at AS220’s Black Box.

Follow Sarah (cursed into a lioness) and Faerie (the one who cursed her) as they entangle themselves in the life of a contemporary, American, down-on-its-luck traveling circus (including a Clown, a Juggler, a Wire Walker, a Ringmaster Lion-Tamer, and the Porter).
