Garlic Broccolini

I saw the bunches of broccolini at the asian market last night and had visions of garlicky goodness.

1 bunch broccolini, stems and all
6-7 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Bragg's liquid aminos or soy sauce
Noodles (I bought some wide, flat ones)

Saute the garlic with the oils and the pepper flakes. When the garlic looks like it's about to turn brown, add the broccolini and a couple squirts of Bragg's / soy sauce. Cover for 5 minutes.
When the broccolini is soft, make a space in the middle of the pan and throw in the cooked noodles. Fry the noodles for 5-10 minutes, periodically adding more Bragg's, until they're well-coated with the garlic oil and starting to get crispy.
This would probably also be tasty with broccoli rabe or kale.
